Directions to the Cool City Motel

Directions from the West (Coming in on Hwy 10)

• Take Highway 10 East..
• Outside of Manitowoc, you will merge onto Highway 310 East
• Right as you enter the city of Two Rivers, (immediately after the city limits sign), turn right onto Columbus Street
• Take Columbus Street as far as it goes - which will bring you to Lake Michigan and Highway 42.
• Turn left onto Highway 42 heading North into Two Rivers.
• Follow Highway 42 as it makes two turns through the city (one turn is right onto 22nd Street-- at the last set of stop lights, by Pizza Hut, and the second turn is left onto Lincoln Ave at the corner between Pick N Save grocery store and a Mobil gas station.
• Continue to follow Highway 42 north for 8 more blocks.

Directions from the Northwest(Minneapolis/St. Paul MN area)

• Highway 29 has recently been rebuilt into a 4 lane highway and is a good route across the northern part of WI.
• Take Highway 29 to Green Bay
• Take I43 south until you see the exit for Mishicot/Two Rivers Hwy 147.
• Highway 147 will go through the village of Mishicot and 7 more miles to the city of Two Rivers.
• As you enter the city the first main street is Hwy VV or the city street - 45th Street. Turn left onto 45th.
• About 1 mile east 45th Street will curve to the left and go over a river. There is a slight hill with a road at the top named Riverview Drive. Turn right onto Riverview Drive.
• Follow this road with it's curves until you come to a T intersection with Hwy 42(straight ahead of you is the driveway to Cool City Motel and the neighboring driveway to Dairy Queen).

Directions from the South (From the Milwaukee area)

• Take I-43 north, until you see the exit for Two Rivers, Hwy 42N.
• Taking that exit, turn right which will bring you through the city of Manitowoc on Highway 42. You are actually heading East at this time until you hit the lakeshore.
• At this point Highway 42 turns left. (North). Stay on this highway as it goes through the city of Two Rivers.
• Highway 42 takes two turns within the city. (one turn at a stop light with Pizza Hut on your right and the second after a bridge, turning at the corner of a Pick N Save grocery store). Cool City Motel is 8 blocks north of the second turn.

Directions from the Southwest(From the Dubuque Iowa area)

• Take151 north until you get to Madison WI.
• Take I94 from Madison - east until you get to I43. (You could stay on 151 to Manitowoc, but I94/I43 is faster and a better highway)
• Take I43 north until you see the exit for Two Rivers, Hwy 42N.
• Taking that exit, turn right which will bring you through the city of Manitowoc on Highway 42. You are actually heading East at this time until you hit the lakeshore.
• At this point Highway 42 turns left. (North). Stay on this highway as it goes through the city of Two Rivers.
• Highway 42 takes two turns within the city. (one turn at a stop light with Pizza Hut on your right and the second after a bridge, turning at the corner of a Pick N Save grocery store). Cool City Motel is 8 blocks north of the second turn.
